Lift-It Offroad offers reliable courier delivery nationwide throughout South Africa.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Special-order or out-of-stock items may require additional lead time. Customers will be notified if this applies.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the website when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information from the courier service where available.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

Lift-It Offroad cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.


Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, please note this with the courier and notify Lift-It Offroad as soon as possible.

Any shortages, incorrect items, or shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Lift-It Offroad cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Lift-It Offroad due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.


Collection

Where collection is offered, customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

Valid identification may be required when collecting an order.
