6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership of the goods remains with Lift-It Offroad until payment has been received in full.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Courier delivery is available nationwide throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

Delivery delays caused by courier companies, suppliers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or claims for damages.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their vehicle.

If uncertain, customers should contact Lift-It Offroad before placing an order.

Lift-It Offroad cannot accept responsibility for incorrect purchases made due to incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer.

9. Installation

Many products sold by Lift-It Offroad require professional installation.

Incorrect installation may result in vehicle damage, component failure, injury, or death.

Lift-It Offroad accepts no responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fitment, misuse, neglect, or modification of products.

Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.
